We will arrange for shipment of the products to you upon the confirmation of the orders we received. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Mostly, all the orders are shipped from our end as per the promised shipment date; however, there may be some unforeseen circumstances, which may affect the shipment or the delivery estimates. In this case, we'll send an e-mail, intimating you about the issue and the revised shipment/delivery date.
Shipping refers to the time taken to obtain the item(s), packing and dispatching. You will find a shipping timeline on the products displayed on our site (e.g. Ships within 2-3 days or Weeks). This refers to the number of working days/weeks it will take to dispatch the product from our end. The delivery may take a few more days depending on the address and the courier company used. For International shipments, actual shipping rates may differ from the rates shown in checkout. The actual rate will be notified to the customer after receiving the order.
The shipping and delivery time excludes public holidays and Fridays falling during the estimated shipping and delivery dates. You can also see the order status by clicking on "my account" at the top right corner of the page.
If the payment is done by Credit/Debit Card, shipments will be dispatched after the verification process by the gateway providers/bank. Shipments shown are excluding this verification period
Customs
For UAE deliveries, there are no customs charges. For international deliveries, there may be some customs charges depending on where you live, which customer may have to pay at the time of delivery. We recommend that you learn more about these in your country prior to placing an order.
Customers will be asked to sign for the goods upon delivery. Once delivered and signed for, no claim of damaged goods will be accepted. Photo identification may be needed in some cases to accurately verify the receiver.
The following forms of ID are accepted:
Original & Valid National ID
Original & Valid Driving License
Original passport (profile and visa page)
In addition, if either "Credit Card on Delivery", or "Credit Card Online" are selected as the payment methods then the details on the photo ID should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.
