Visitor Flow (Simple)

1. Arrival & Kiosk Prompt: Visitor approaches a customized kiosk or tablet and selects language.
2. ID Capture: Visitor inserts Emirates ID into the reader — the system reads name, ID number and validates automatically.
3. Mobile Number & Purpose: Visitor types mobile number and selects purpose of visit; optional OTP verification sent to mobile.
4. Host Notification: Host receives SMS/email/app alert with visitor details and expected arrival time.
5. Access Issued: System issues a time-limited pass (QR code or printed badge) or triggers door access via integration.
